SPONSORSHIP - REGULATORS AND INDUSTRY GROUPS
High profile Case Studies offer Regulators and Industry Groups the opportunity to ensure the lessons learned from one major incident or accident are spread to the whole industry.
Unfortunately this is often done via a report that can be confusing to people who have not had the opportunity to work with the material during the whole investigation process.
Each report tends to have its own style so compiling and comparing data across incidents can be difficult or impossible.
With a REASON® Sponsorship Industry Groups and Regulators can offer their members consistently presented detailed case studies, an easy to understand way to share lessons learned.
With REASON® people do not need special training to understand the case studies as REASON® stores the incident information in a tree model. The tree model holds each factor in time order, logically linking how the factors combined to lead to the next consequence and finally the adverse outcome.
The REASON® sponsorship allows case studies tree models and standard reports to be downloaded by members as a PDF and unlimited free software downloads to members who want to build their own lessons learned knowledge database.
The Free sponsorship software allows members to download lessons learned case studies and store them in the free REASON® database. Lessons learned build up over time and members can search and compare lessons learned across case studies and even industries.
There is detailed reporting and analysis options in the sponsorship members free software.
For best practice case studies REASON® can also be used to scenario-model good practice case studies, the good practice case studies are able to be stored in the same lessons learned database.
If we have a significant number of clients in an Industry Group we may extend the sponsorship to included discounted or free software for use by Industry bodies to build the lessons learned case studies.
If you feel your Industry Body or Regulator would benefit from this offer please ask them to contact us.
